  1. She’s a star in her little demented mind, not even half a million hits for her 1st vid… Less than are a 1/3 of those probably actually support this type of deadbeat behaviour & it’ll probably be less now that she hawking T-$hirt$ and that lawyers book.
    I hate to quote pinkcube24 but…
    Stupid bitch

  2. Good for you, Ann. The rates that banks now charge legally (thanks to a bought-off Congress) used to be so illegal, they carried a prison sentence. Not even Paulie Walnuts charges what some banks charge.

  3. I love it! She’s good looking, Smart and a true Patriot. Keep up the good fight!

  4. As Tiponga said, READ THE FINE PRINT! You signed, you charged and now you pay! There is nothing illegal with what the banks are doing. Your debt is money for the rest of us. Get educated about money and then handle your money with care. On the other hand, don’t bother. That way I can stayed amused.

  5. Well, at least she has perky nipples. Other than that, she is dumb as a box of rocks. READ THE FINE PRINT!; If you don’t it is your fault if you get screwed.

  7. Wow, seriously? She thinks she’s a star now. ROFLMAO! For GODS sake, close your accounts, cut up your cards and stop spending money you don’t have. Aren’t you unemployed? How many friggin credit cards do you have?

  8. Banks are definitely not behaving responsibly. They have lured customers with zero interest offers and balance transfers. Then suddenly increase rates tenfold.

  9. You behaved responsibly, of course. I suspect that you would agree that a rate increase that large was not justified and should not be legal.

  10. I used to work for BOA. The default rate can be triggered at any time for any reason. It’s your credit card fee schedule.

  11. Ann is not happy that her introductory 0% APR went to over 20%. My question is, what was the (post intro) APR % that she agreed to when she signed up for the card.

That’s the subject of the video in case you didn’t notice.

  12. You may be right. I posted before I heard Ann making the very same claim. Many of the calling centers for banks, software companies, etc… are outsourced overseas.

  13. The truth about the banks: outsourcing, credit accounts for illegal immigrants, won’t cash a check because prosthetic arms don’t have thumbprints, ratejacking, fee jacking, new fees right and left, Congress threatened with martial law, dug in their heels at bankruptcy mortgage cramdown legislation, pushed through a counterproductive bankruptcy “reform” act, gave themselves outsize bonuses out of taxpayers’ bailout money, took down a fallen hero’s flag, let foreclosed homes blight neighborhoods

  14. She thinks she is a Reality show star now…

  15. This is what I’m talking about. People need to understand that a credit card isn’t going to come with a fixed rate forever. By spending more than you have you’re agreeing to pay intrest on it for the loan. If they want to raise your rates then they can. You shouldn’t let any interest accrue if you’re going ot be unwilling to pay it back if they charge you more interest then you want.

  16. Bailed out banks are trying to push adjustable rate mortgages instead of 30 year fixed rates. Unbelievable!!!! Link watch?v=KW3cHKwF6Lg

  17. Usury

  18. She borrowed at one interest rate, but the bank wants to charge her a different rate. That is called usury!

  19. “you’re right ann. I did get a laugh out of this video. I laughed at your pathetic dumb ass for thinking you’re a celebrity. Your stupid shirts aren’t going to bring in loads of money for you. Oh yeah how are people supposed to pay for those tacky shirts online? with their chase cards? stupid bitch

  20. easier said than done.

  21. OMG guys are such jerks! I am so angry about this movie!

  22. xSlavexx, some people can’t avoid the credit card debt they have. Most of mine came from divorcing a cheating husband and having to use them to pay bills, get gas to go to work, and buy food. Don’t be so high and mighty when you don’t know everyone’s situation. I have no problem paying back the money I borrowed, but these companies shouldn’t be able to bend people over the way they are with these outrageous interest rates.

  23. Here’s the deal folks: the banks are squeezing everybody and when their squeeze pushes some over the edge they have to squeeze those who remain all the harder. Look into Advanta Bank and what’s happened to it, because that’s the template for what’s happening to the other major banks.

Ann Minch is fighting back, and so should you … but if the banks have already pushed you under then you need to know how to fight against what comes next–and that’s where my book comes in. Check my channel.

  24. And you work for which division of Chase?

  25. Minerva is in India, It’s understandable she wouldn’t know who you are.

If you want to revolt, pay your credit card off and never allow interest to accrue on the card.
